About Nicci Grotefendt

I am Nicci Grotefendt, a REALTOR with RE/MAX Alliance. I represent sellers across Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Belleville, and the surrounding Metro East, and I built my business around listings for one reason. When I work only for sellers, my full attention and my advocacy stay with the person whose home is on the line.

I have done extensive training in marketing technology and artificial intelligence, and I use it to put a home in front of the right buyers. Before your property goes live, I have already studied it, built its marketing strategy, and prepared a launch that reaches well beyond the MLS through research, metadata, and paid campaigns. I care about doing the work correctly and about telling you the truth, whether the numbers are in your favor or not. Either the plan makes sense or it does not, and I will show you which.
