Privacy Policy

I collect information you give me directly. That includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share when you fill out a form on this website, submit an inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, call or text me, or otherwise contact me about buying, selling, or renting a property. I also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location. I do not ask for, and I do not want, information about your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected under the Fair Housing Act. Please do not include that kind of information in any form or message.

I use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, send you property details and photos you request, schedule showings, follow up with you about your real estate needs, and provide the services you ask for. I do not sell your personal information.

I advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. When you submit your information through a lead form inside one of those ads, Meta shares that information with me so I can follow up with you directly. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. This website uses a Meta dataset to measure how my ads perform and to reach people who are interested in my listings. You can control ad tracking through your device settings and through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

I share your information only as needed to serve you and run my business. That may include my managing broker at RE/MAX Alliance, service providers who help me operate this website and my email, and other parties directly involved in a transaction you ask me to help with, such as lenders, title companies, or cooperating agents, and only with your knowledge. I also share information when the law requires it.

I keep your information for as long as I need it to serve you and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate professionals in Illinois. When I no longer need it, I take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

You can ask me at any time to update your information, stop contacting you, or delete the information I hold about you. Email or call me and I will take care of it. If you receive marketing messages from me and want to stop, you can opt out at any time and I will honor that request.

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with me. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, but I work to keep your information safe.

This website and my services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top of this page.
